NeuroTMS of North Spokane respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information submitted through our website, advertising forms, phone calls, text messages, and other inquiry channels.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, location, insurance information, treatment interests, preferred contact method, appointment details, marketing source, and information you voluntarily provide about your inquiry. Our website may also collect device, browser, IP address, referral, and usage information through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations or appointments.
• Provide information about TMS services, eligibility, insurance, and clinic operations.

Advertising and Meta lead forms

We run our own advertising accounts rather than using an outside agency. If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides the form information directly to us, and we use it to respond to your request and manage the inquiry in our own patient relationship system. Meta processes information under its own privacy policy and platform terms.

How we share information

We run our own advertising and our own patient communications in house. We do not use outside marketing agencies, lead resellers, or affiliate networks, and no third party contacts you on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We do rely on a small set of technology vendors to run the clinic's own systems, such as website hosting, our patient relationship system, and email and text message delivery. These vendors process information only on our instructions, only to provide their service to us, and never for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, or as part of a business transaction.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you tick the optional SMS consent checkbox on our consultation request form, NeuroTMS of North Spokane may text you about your consultation, scheduling, appointment reminders, and insurance verification. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Health information

Information submitted through a general inquiry form may be used to arrange care. Medical records created during treatment are handled under applicable health privacy laws and the clinic's patient privacy practices. Do not use a website or advertising form for an emergency. Retention and security

We retain information for legitimate clinic, legal, safety, and recordkeeping needs. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No online or electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to update your contact information or stop communications from us. Text message recipients can reply STOP. You may also adjust browser settings to limit cookies. Legal rights can vary by location and may include access, correction, or deletion rights.

Children

Our website and advertising are intended for adults and for parents or guardians seeking care information. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
