SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the text messaging program operated by NeuroTMS of North Spokane (“NeuroTMS,” “we,” “us”). By opting in you agree to these terms.
Program description
When you opt in, NeuroTMS of North Spokane may send you text messages about your consultation request, scheduling and appointment reminders, insurance verification updates, and replies to questions you send us. This program sends care and service messages only. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.
How to opt in
You opt in by ticking the SMS consent checkbox on the consultation request form at neurotms.org. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is optional. You can submit the form, and receive care, without ticking it. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of receiving care or of purchasing any good or service.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you do, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To rejoin later, reply START or tick the checkbox again on our website.

Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your appointment schedule. Message and data rates may apply. NeuroTMS does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your mobile number and your text messaging consent stay in house. NeuroTMS of North Spokane messages patients directly rather than through an outside agency, and uses your number only for the care and service messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
